NomadFirst LLC (“we”, “us”) operates Nomad First. We are the business responsible for personal information described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Identity and contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of a support message.
• Order details, such as the product, the price, the currency, the billing period, the date of the charge, and a transaction reference.
• Account details if a product gives you a login, such as the email address you use to sign in and records of access to that product.
• Payment confirmation from our payment processor. Card numbers are entered with Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We may receive the card brand, the last four digits, the expiry month and year, and the result of the charge.
• Technical data created when the website is requested, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, referring address, and the page requested. Our host may keep these in connection logs.

The contact form opens a draft in your email app. It does not store that message on our servers. We receive it when you send it.

We use personal information to:

• provide the website, our products, and customer support
• take and fulfill an order, including a subscription renewal
• process a payment, a refund, or a cancellation
• prevent fraud, abuse, and unpaid charges
• keep business and tax records
• reply to you and record the correspondence
• meet legal duties that apply to NomadFirst LLC

We do not sell personal information.

Card payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects the payment details needed to complete the charge and uses them under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We receive the result of the payment and the limited card details described above so we can deliver the product, issue a refund, and support the order.

This website does not use advertising cookies or our own analytics cookies. A host or a payment page operated by Stripe may set a cookie or similar identifier that is required to deliver the page, keep a checkout secure, or remember a payment session. We do not use those technologies to build marketing profiles.

We share personal information only as needed with:

• Stripe, to process payments, refunds, and related fraud checks
• the provider that hosts this website and its connection logs
• the provider that hosts the info@nomadfirst.co mailbox
• professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, when they need the information to advise us
• a public authority when the law requires us to disclose it, or when disclosure is needed to protect our rights or to investigate fraud

A link from this website to another site is outside this policy. That site has its own practices.

NomadFirst LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates. We handle support and order records there. Stripe, our email provider, and our website host may process information in other countries where they operate, including the United States. When you pay or email us from another country, your information is transferred for those purposes.

We keep order, payment, and tax records for as long as we need them to complete the order, handle a refund or dispute, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We keep support messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep an ordinary business record. When we no longer need information for those purposes, we delete it or reduce it to what we must keep.

Hosting logs follow the host’s retention schedule. Stripe keeps payment data under its own retention rules.

We use reasonable administrative and technical care for the information we hold. Payment card numbers are collected by Stripe, not stored by us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, such as objection, restriction, or portability, you may exercise them by the same request.

Email info@nomadfirst.co. We respond within 30 days, or sooner when the law requires a shorter time. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it.

Our products and this website are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email info@nomadfirst.co and we will delete it.

We post updates on this page and change the effective date. The date at the top of this page is the version in force.
