Terms of Service

NomadFirst.co is operated by NomadFirst LLC, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. “Nomad First” is our product brand. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean NomadFirst LLC. We are the seller of the product. Stripe processes the payment. Stripe is not the seller of the product.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. By paying for a product, you also agree to the price, currency, and billing period shown before payment, and to our refund policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website and do not buy. A separate written statement of work controls custom development where it differs from these terms.

We sell digital products: apps, websites and tools for Nomads. Some products renew until you cancel. Delivery is online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping policy.

A description on the website explains the kind of product we sell. The checkout or order confirmation for a specific product states what you are buying, the price, the currency, any tax, and, for a subscription, the billing period.

An order is accepted when the payment succeeds. You must provide accurate billing details and be authorized to use the payment method.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. The amount and currency shown before you pay are the amount and currency of the charge. If a tax applies, it is included in that amount or listed separately before you pay.

If a charge fails, is reversed, or is reported as unauthorized, we may suspend access until the payment is settled.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. We will show the renewal price before you start the subscription. If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will tell you by email before the next renewal. The new price applies to the next period after that notice. You may cancel before that renewal if you do not accept it.

You can cancel by emailing info@nomadfirst.co from the address used for the purchase, or by any cancellation control we provide inside the product. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not, by itself, refund the period already paid. Refunds for that period follow the refund policy.

We confirm a cancellation by email. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, unless the refund policy returns that charge.

When your payment succeeds, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own use during the period you have paid for. You do not receive ownership of the product, the brand, or the underlying code. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, or reverse engineer the product except where the law does not allow that limit.

If we agree in writing to build something specific for you, that statement of work sets the scope, the fee, and the delivery date. Fees for that work follow the refund policy unless the statement of work sets a different rule. Until that document says otherwise, we keep the intellectual property in tools and pre-existing materials, and you receive the license the statement of work describes for the work product.

You agree not to:

• use the website or a product in a way that breaks the law
• interfere with the service or attempt to access it without permission
• probe or test the service for vulnerabilities without written permission
• share a login in a way that lets unpaid third parties use a paid product
• present yourself as Nomad First when you are not acting for us
• use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content

You are responsible for what you send us. Do not send information you do not have the right to share. You keep ownership of your message. You allow us to use it to reply, to perform the order, and to keep business records.

The website, the Nomad First name, the visual design, and the products belong to NomadFirst LLC or its licensors. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site or the brand for your own product without written permission.

Refunds and the effect of cancellation are set out in the refund policy, which is part of these terms. Nothing there removes a right that the law does not allow us to remove.

We provide the website and the products with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, they are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. A product description is the description of that product. It is not a promise of a result in your business.

To the extent the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any other law that cannot be excluded allow, NomadFirst LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the website or a product.

Our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law prohibits that limit.

You will cover NomadFirst LLC for claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the website or a product, your breach of these terms, or content you send that infringes someone else’s rights, except to the extent we caused the loss.

We may suspend access if you materially breach these terms, if a payment is unpaid or reversed, or if we must do so to comply with law or to stop harm. We will tell you when it is practical. If you cancel or we end access for breach, sections that by their nature should continue, including payment, license limits, liability, and governing law, remain in effect.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. The new version applies to use of the website after that date and to orders placed after that date. An order already paid for keeps the terms in force at the time of that order, except where a change is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as they apply to NomadFirst LLC in Sharjah Media City Free Zone. The courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction. This does not remove a mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live and that the law does not allow you to waive.
